Citi Points Conversion to The Point Bonus Points – “Earn Up to Extra 50% The Point Bonus Points:

  1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion is valid from July 1, 2022 to August 31, 2022, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period").
  2. Cardholders must register an account as The Point member on The Point's website or The Point App ("The Point Platform").
  3. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
  4. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the respective Merchant’s (as defined below) absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
  5. Citibank and The Point and/or Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Limited (the “Merchant”) will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to enjoy the Offer based on Citibank and the Merchant’s records.
  6. The Point Bonus Points will be valid upon issuance by the Merchant subject to its terms and conditions. Cardholders may go to their The Point accounts’ “Home” page and select “Me”>“Points Balance” on The Point App for details.
  7. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services provided by participating outlets/shops of the Merchant. The Merchant shall procure its participating outlets/shops to be solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all anxiliary services.

  9. Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.

  11. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Offer 1 - “Add Card on The Point App to Earn Extra 4,000 The Point Bonus Points” Terms and Conditions

  1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion applies to cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”). The Merchant may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type and in such case please contact the Merchant for details.
  2. During the Promotion Period, the first 1,000 Cardholders who successfully add an Eligible Card in “Register Contactless Parking Service” on The Point App (“Eligible Cardholder”), are entitled to earn extra 4,000 The Point bonus points (“Offer 1”).
  3. Each Eligible Cardholder is entitled to Offer 1 once throughout the entire Promotion Period regardless of how many Eligible Cards a Cardholder may have.
  4. If Cardholders are confirmed to be qualified for Offer 1 after verification by the Merchant at its sole and absolute discretion, the corresponding extra The Point Bonus Points of Offer 1 will be credited to the Cardholders’ The Point membership accounts on or before September 30, 2022 by the Merchant. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the fulfillment arrangement of Offer 1. For any disputes, please contact the Merchant.

Offer 2 - Citi Points Conversion to The Point Bonus Points (“Redemption”) – “Earn Up to Extra 50% The Point Bonus Points” Terms and Conditions

  1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion only applies to Principal Cardholders of Citi Classic Card, Citi Gold Card, Citi Rewards Card(except Citi Rewards UnionPay Card), Citi PremierMiles Card, Citi Plus® Credit Card, Citi Prestige Card and Citi ULTIMA issued by Citibank (“Designated Cards”) who are also members of The Point ("Designated Cardholders").
  2. During the Promotion Period, the first 2,000 Cardholders who make successful Points Conversion of designated amount on The Point App (“Designated Cardholder”) are entitled to earn extra The Point Bonus Points (“Offer 2”). Details are as follows:

  3. Each Designated Cardholder is entitled to a maximum of extra 375,000 The Point Bonus Points in total throughout the entire Promotion Period regardless of how many Designated Cards a Designated Cardholder may have.  If a Designated Cardholder has 3 Designated Cards, the Designated Cardholder will be entitled to a maximum of extra 375,000 The Point Bonus Points in total throughout the entire Promotion Period.
  4. Cardholders are required to maintain sufficient available Citi Points of equivalent value of at least HK$100 or HK$500 or HK$1,000 in their Designated Card accounts in order to complete the Redemption to enjoy the offer.
  5. All Redemptions are subject to “Citi Points Conversion to The Point Bonus Points” Terms and Conditions.
  6. If Designated Cardholders are confirmed to be qualified for Offer 2 after verification by Citibank and the Merchant at their sole and absolute discretion, the corresponding extra The Point bonus points of Offer 2 will be credited to the Designated Cardholders’ The Point membership accounts on or before September 30, 2022 by the Merchant. Offer 3 - “Get More Lucky Draw” Terms and Conditions:

  1. Cardholder will be eligible for an additional 100,000 The Point Bonus Points (“Offer 3”) on top of “Earn Up to Extra 50% The Point Bonus Points” by completing all of the following requirements:
    1. Successfully complete the requirements stated in Offer 2 “Earn Up to Extra 50% The Point Bonus Points” during the Promotion Period; and
    2. Successfully register for Get More Lucky Draw in “Get More” using the Citi Mobile® App on or before August 31, 2022 (“Successful Registration”) (Register once only); and
    3. Upon Successful Registration, a SMS will be sent to Cardholder’s registered mobile number according to Bank’s record; and
    4. Citibank will perform lucky draw on or before September 16, 2022, lucky draw winners will receive a confirmation SMS (“Confirmation SMS”).
  2. The registered mobile number according to Bank’s record and order ID of eligible Points Conversion made by lucky draw winners will be shared with the Merchant for crediting of Offer 3. Offer 3 will be credited to the lucky draw winners’ The Point accounts (subject to the requirements stated in clause 22) on or before September 30, 2022.
  3. Cardholders who have registered during the Promotion Period and subsequently have their respective Designated Card(s) replaced, renewed (Inclusive of renewed Visa Credit Card to a Mastercard), report lost/stolen, all the eligible Point Conversions made with the corresponding newly issued Designated Card due to the scenarios mentioned above will be automatically considered in the eligibility of the Reward.
  4. Quota applies and only limited to 100 lucky draw winners.
  5. Each Designated Cardholder is entitled to receive Offer 3 once only regardless of how many Designated Cards the Designated Cardholder may have.
  6. This offer is not applicable to (a) U.S. Persons or (b) The European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA) residents.

“Citi Points Conversion to The Point Bonus Points” Terms and Conditions

  1. Citi Points Conversion to The Point (“The Point”) Bonus Points Service (“Service”) applies to Principal Cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi Classic Card, Citi Gold Card, Citi Rewards Card(except Citi Rewards UnionPay Card), Citi PremierMiles Card, Citi Plus® Credit Card, Citi Prestige Card and Citi ULTIMA issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") ("Eligible Cards").
  2. This Service is applicable to Cardholders’ Citi Points conversion to The Point bonus points (“Redemption”) via The Point’s official mobile application (“Online Platform”).
  3. To enjoy this Service, Cardholders must verify their identity by providing the last 4 digits of their Eligible Cards and their mobile numbers registered with The Point (which must be the same as the registered mobile numbers with Citibank) to receive a One-Time Password, and the identity verification will be confirmed upon the One-Time Password being correctly entered. Cardholders can select the Citi Points amount to convert to The Point bonus points and complete the Redemption under the Service.
  4. Citibank, The Point and/or Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Limited (“SHK Real”) are not responsible for any failure to submit and/or process any Redemption arising from Cardholders’ exit, voluntarily or involuntarily, during any of the steps illustrated under Clause 3, including but not limited to network disconnection, technical device malfunction or any delay, interruption or disruption of Online Platform or system.
  5. Each Cardholder can only perform Redemption once per day. The minimum and maximum The Point bonus points that can be converted under each Redemption are 25,000 and 250,000 respectively (subject to the Cardholder’s available Citi Points in the Eligible Card account), the Redemption must be in 1,000 points or its intervals.
  6. The amount of Citi Points redeemed will be deducted from the Cardholder’s Eligible Card account.
  7. The redemption rate may vary by credit card types and may change from time to time. The exact Citi Points required for Redemption are based on the redemption rate displayed at the Online Platform at the time of Redemption.
  8. Cardholders must promptly update Citibank of any change to their mobile number. Such updated mobile number must be the same as the registered mobile number with The Point in order to enjoy the Service. Citibank and The Point and/or SHK Real shall not be liable to any Cardholders or anyone else for any losses or damages arising from the Service.
  9. Once the Redemption is confirmed, it is irreversible and it cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or traded for cash or other promotion.
